Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you request Jireh's monthly project-care email, we use the submitted email address only to confirm the request and, after confirmation, send the update. The request is delivered to our Everett office through Microsoft 365. We do not add an address automatically, sell it, or use it for unrelated messages. You may withdraw the request or unsubscribe at any time by emailing office@jirehwa.com.
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

A signed Schedule A freezes these base rates for the listed properties. A later rate or scope change requires a written addendum.
Jireh Construction Services will provide only the snow plowing, sanding, granular ice-control application, and walkway services selected for each property in Schedule A. Dispatch thresholds, site restrictions, operating hours, and snow-storage instructions are property-specific and form part of this agreement.
This agreement applies from October 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027. Route placement is subject to capacity and becomes final only after Jireh countersigns or otherwise confirms acceptance in writing. Submission of the online authorization records the customer's signature but does not guarantee route placement until that confirmation is issued.
The base rates shown in Schedule A become effective only if Jireh separately confirms service availability and accepts the agreement in writing. The customer's signature alone does not reserve or guarantee current or future pricing and does not obligate Jireh to perform. After Jireh's written acceptance, these season base rates are frozen: $250 per dispatch trip charge; snowplow service at $250 per hour with a two-hour minimum; labor at $110 per person-hour with a one-hour minimum; and granular ice-control material at $45 per bag with a one-bag minimum. Taxes, extraordinary equipment, hauling, emergency work outside the selected scope, and owner-requested additions require written approval. A later rate or scope change requires a written addendum.
The customer must identify curbs, drains, islands, fire lanes, fragile surfaces, low clearances, snow-storage areas, no-pile areas, and other hazards before service. Vehicles, bins, and movable obstructions must be removed when reasonably possible. Snow and ice management reduces hazards but cannot guarantee bare, dry, or continuously slip-free surfaces during or after a weather event.
Jireh may adjust routing and timing for changing forecasts, freezing rain, road closures, equipment safety, emergency access, extreme accumulation, or government restrictions. The selected service-level target is an operating objective rather than a guaranteed arrival time unless a separately countersigned addendum states otherwise.
The customer authorizes reasonable site access during the selected access window and will provide operational access credentials through Jireh's secure onboarding process, not through this public form. Storm alerts and operational notices may be sent to the contacts identified in the agreement according to the consent selected by the customer.
Invoices are due according to the billing terms confirmed by Jireh in the accepted Schedule A. Either party may request termination in writing; charges for completed work, dispatched resources, committed materials, and other approved costs remain due. No oral change modifies this agreement.
Each party remains responsible for its own negligence and legal obligations. Delays caused by events outside reasonable control are excused for the duration of the event. Washington law governs this agreement. Once Jireh separately confirms acceptance in writing, these terms, the customer-signed Schedule A, Jireh's written acceptance, and any countersigned addenda form the entire agreement for the listed properties and supersede prior discussions about that seasonal scope.
By checking the required consent boxes and typing a signature, the signer confirms that the information is accurate, that the signer is authorized to accept these terms for the named customer, and that the electronic signature and electronic records may be used with the same intent as handwritten records under applicable law. The system records this as a signature made using the email address provided; it does not independently verify the signer's identity or control of that mailbox. The customer's signature does not by itself reserve a route, guarantee service or pricing, or obligate Jireh; Jireh must separately confirm availability and acceptance in writing. The customer may download or request a copy for its records.
