When you register, you're added to our Priority Delivery List. As we complete construction projects throughout King and Snohomish County that generate excess clean fill dirt, we'll contact property owners on our list who are located near the project site. There's no commitment - you simply let us know if you're interested in that particular delivery opportunity. If it works for you, we'll schedule a convenient delivery time at no cost.

We serve all of King County and Snohomish County, Washington. Priority is given to properties located near our active construction project sites, as this allows us to efficiently deliver excess fill dirt. When you register, provide your property address so we can match you with nearby projects.

Absolutely none. Registration is free, the dirt is free, and delivery is free. There are no contracts, no obligations, and no hidden fees. You remain on our Priority List indefinitely, and you can decline any delivery opportunity that doesn't suit your needs. Simply accept when an opportunity works for you.

You'll receive clean fill dirt excavated from our construction projects. This is structural fill suitable for grading, filling low spots, raising ground level, or general site preparation. It's screened to remove large debris but is not topsoil. It's excellent for projects requiring fill material rather than planting medium.

Typical delivery loads range from 5 to 10 cubic yards per dump truck. Depending on the project and your needs, you may be able to request multiple loads. We'll discuss quantity when we contact you about a delivery opportunity. For reference, 10 cubic yards is roughly equivalent to filling a 10x10 foot area to 3 feet deep.
