What We Collect

Google Analytics and Ads Measurement

With your consent, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags to help us understand website use and which campaigns produce inquiries. These tools may place cookies on your device and collect usage data, including:

How you arrived at our website (referral source)

This information helps us improve the website and compare campaign performance. Advertising personalization and the sharing of user-provided data with Google remain disabled in our consent configuration. We do not send the contents of estimate forms, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, or customer messages to Google Analytics. Data is processed by Google LLC on Google's infrastructure.

Campaign Attribution

When you accept optional cookies, we store a limited first-party session record of how you reached the site. It may include the landing-page path, referring website hostname, UTM campaign values, and Google click identifiers. We exclude full referring URLs and arbitrary query parameters. This information may be attached to an estimate request so we can measure which marketing sources produce real inquiries. If you submit without accepting, the current page, referring hostname, and visible UTM values may still accompany that request as business inquiry context; they are not persisted between pages and advertising click identifiers are excluded.

Error Monitoring

We use Sentry to identify technical errors and performance failures. Default personal-information collection and Sentry Session Replay are disabled. Error reports can include technical details such as the affected page, browser, device, and stack trace, but are not intended to contain estimate-form content.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics tool, to understand how visitors interact with our website in more detail. Clarity may collect:

Session recordings (anonymized mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling behavior)
Heatmaps showing where visitors click and scroll most
Device type, browser, and screen resolution
Pages visited and time spent on each page

Clarity automatically masks sensitive input fields (such as form fields) so that personal data you type is not recorded. Session recordings help us identify usability issues and improve the website experience. Data is processed and stored by Microsoft Corporation on Microsoft's infrastructure. IP Address Collection

When you submit a contact or estimate request form on our website, our server processes your IP address for abuse prevention, request rate limiting, and security verification. Cloudflare Turnstile may also receive the address when validating that the submission came from a person rather than automated traffic.

We do not place the IP address in analytics events or in the estimate email sent to our team.

Essential Cookies

We use local browser storage for essential functions such as your consent choice and the progress of an estimate wizard. These values remain in your browser unless you clear them. Analytics attribution is stored for the browser session only after consent.

How We Use Your Data

The data we collect through cookies and form submissions is used exclusively for the following purposes:

Third-Party Data Processors

We use the following service providers to operate the website, measure optional analytics, protect forms, and process inquiries:

Google LLC — Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, and Google Tag Manager after consent. The Google Maps office-location embed loads automatically as your browser approaches the site footer, without requiring a button click. It may receive standard connection information, such as your IP address, browser, and referring site.
Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps. Data is processed subject to Microsoft's privacy policy and stored on Microsoft's servers.
Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — Technical error and performance monitoring. Session Replay is disabled.
Vercel Inc. — Aggregated web-performance measurements used to monitor Core Web Vitals after consent and hosting infrastructure for the website.
Cloudflare, Inc. — Turnstile security checks used to reduce automated and abusive form submissions.
Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft 365/Graph is used to deliver inquiry notifications and confirmation emails.
OpenStreetMap contributors — Service-area map tiles are requested when the interactive service-area map renders. The provider may receive standard technical data such as your IP address and browser information.
Jireh's customer-management system — Stores inquiry details, attribution, follow-up status, and project outcomes for sales and service operations.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose only the information needed for these providers to perform hosting, security, email, analytics, advertising measurement, and customer management services, subject to their terms and our configuration.

Data Storage & Retention

Data is stored as follows depending on the type:

Google measurement data: Stored on Google's infrastructure according to the retention controls configured in the applicable Google account.
Microsoft Clarity data: Stored on Microsoft's infrastructure under the account settings and retention terms that apply at the time of collection.
Form submission data: Contact and estimate request information is transmitted through our hosting, security, email, and customer-management providers and retained as needed to respond, prepare estimates, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
Cookie consent preferences: Stored locally in your browser and can be cleared at any time.
Campaign attribution: Stored in session storage after consent and normally removed when the browser session ends.
