The 2026–27 base schedule includes $250 per dispatch, snowplow service at $250 per hour, 2-hour minimum, labor at $110 per person-hour, 1-person-hour minimum, and granular material at $45 per bag, 1-bag minimum. The property-specific Schedule A controls the signed scope.
